I’m able to hear the audio, but can’t see the video?

There are a few things you can do to enhance your video experience. Poor sound/video quality, excessive buffering, and lack of a video signal are usually due to a computer resource issue. Try not to run other applications while playing videos. If you are accessing Yahoo! videos through a LAN (Local Area Network), you may experience excessive buffering or connectivity delays as a result of the number of users and/or PCs on your LAN. Yahoo! requires a minimum connection speed of 100kbps to watch video. You may need to lower your bandwidth setting. On the player, in the upper left-hand section is the "Preferences" link. Clicking it will present you with the different bandwidth options available. Selecting a lower bitrate than the currently displayed bitrate will restart the video at a lower bandwidth setting.

If full screen video is not up to your satisfaction, please return to the reduced video screen by hitting the escape button (Esc) on your keyboard.
