How do I stop my browser from making clicking sounds?

If you hear a clicking sound while using Yahoo!7 Video, you can disable the sound. Please note that this change will stop your browser from "clicking" whenever you click a link in any site in IE, not just for Yahoo!7 Video.

  1. In Windows, click your "Start" button, then choose the "Settings" menu, then choose "Control Panel" from the menu that pops up.
  2. In the Control Panel window, double-click "Sounds and Multimedia."
  3. In the Sounds and Multimedia Properties window, scroll down in the Sound Events pane until you find the Windows Explorer section.
  4. Click the "Start Navigation" item, then click the pull-down menu under "Name," and choose "None" from the list.
  5. Finally, click the "OK" button to close the Sounds and Multimedia Properties window.

This change will stop you from hearing all the clicking sounds while using Yahoo!7 Video.
