File type is the filename extension of your video file. In other words, if your video file is named "mymovie.wmv," then "wmv" is the file type.

To see the file size of your video:

• Windows users: Right-click the video file and select "Properties."
• UNIX users: Type 1s -1h videoname in the directory where the video is stored.
• MAC users: Right-click the video file and select "Get Info."
