It's easy, just select the state you are located in from the 'Select Your Broadcast Region' drop-down list on the Yahoo!7 TV homepage. If you want cable listings select your cable provider by selecting the appropriate button below the 'What's On' box.

Next, select the day you want to view listings for from the 'Date' drop-down list, then select the timeslot you want from the 'Timeslot' list. Then click on 'View' to see your television guide.
