If you have a reservation on hold and you are ready to purchase it, select "Current Bookings" from "My Travel" section on the left-hand side of the Yahoo! Travel home page.

You will see a list of all of your saved itineraries. Select the itinerary that you wish to purchase.

You will see the details of the itinerary and will be given the option to purchase the itinerary.
