Add-To-My Yahoo!—Detect RSS Feeds

The "Add-To-My Yahoo!" feature is only available on Yahoo!7 Toolbar 5.6 or newer for Internet Explorer and Yahoo!7 Toolbar 0.4b or newer for Mozilla Firefox. To check your version, please select "About Yahoo!" Toolbar from the Pencil menu.

Adding RSS content to My Yahoo!

If you have the My Yahoo! button on the toolbar, the toolbar detects when web sites declare their RSS and Atom feeds that can be added to Yahoo!7 Home Page. When content is available, a "Add to My" button () appears next to the My Yahoo! button. Click it to select content to add to Yahoo!7 Home Page from its menu.

If you don't have the My Yahoo! button on your toolbar, you can add it by selecting "Add/Edit Buttons" under "Personal Options" from the Pencil menu.

If you've disabled the "Add to My" button and want it back, you can reenable the feature by adding the My Yahoo! button to your toolbar and selecting "Enable Add to My" under the My Yahoo! menu.

To have RSS/Atom feeds on your web site detected by Yahoo!7 Toolbar, just add the following to your web pages:

FEED TITLE—The title of your feed will be displayed in the Add-to-My menu

FEEDURL—The URL of your RSS/Atom feed can be added to Yahoo!7 Home Page
