Most of the content in Yahoo!7 Video is available in 56k, 100k, 300k, and 700k bit rates. Your bit rate is automatically calculated each time you use Yahoo!7 Video, based on the current speed of your Internet connection. However, Internet connection speeds change constantly. If your connection becomes congested (eg, in a busy office or if you have more than one computer at home that is connected to the Internet), you may wish to change your video bit rate. On the player, in the upper left-hand section is the ‘Preferences’ link. Clicking on it will present you with the different bandwidth options available. Selecting a lower bit rate than the currently displayed bit rate will restart the video at a lower bandwidth setting.
