What are "Labels" and when do I use them?

Because some pages you save make sense for your poker buddies, but not your grandma, you can control who sees what by separating your contacts into two labeled groups.

For example, if you name the labels "friends" and "family," sites that you save as accessible only to "friends" are not accessible to contacts that have only the label "family."

Administering them is as easy as checking one or two boxes.

  • When you save a site, assign it one or both of your access labels to control which contacts can access it.
  • When you add a contact, you can apply one or both labels, depending on what you want that person's access to be.
  • We start you out with default labels, but you can re-name them to suit your needs. (Just go to: My Contacts > Manage Contacts and select the label you want to rename. On the label page, click "Rename" to change the name of that label.)
