If the status of your profile is currently showing as "Incomplete," this means that your personal profile still needs to be submitted, since the posting process has not been completed. Please finish posting the profile by following these steps:

1. Go to Yahoo!7 Dating and sign on with your Yahoo!7 ID and password.
2. Click the "Edit and Resubmit profile" link below the title of your profile.
3. Finish the remaining steps to post your profile and click "Submit Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

Your profile will now be submitted for review and—if approved—will show up in a Yahoo!7 Dating ad search within 24 hours.

If the status of your profile is currently showing as "Expired," this means you have not been active on the site for 180 days or more. Please contact customer care to re-activate your profile.
