Red Xs in a Web document generally means the image file cannot be displayed. If you are seeing red Xs when viewing an email report, it is because your settings in Mail Spam Protection are set to "Block images in messages that Yahoo! SpamGuard thinks are spam." To correct this issue, simply click "Mail Options" in Mail, then "Spam Protection." On the Spam Protection page, scroll down to "Image Blocking." In the Image Blocking section, change the radio button selection to "Don't block any images."
