To reply to an Icebreaker that you've received in your Personals Mailbox, you first click the "Connection" for the person who sent you the Icebreaker. On the Mailbox home page, Icebreakers are shown in orange text.

If you are a subscriber, you can email the person directly by clicking the "Write a Reply" button on the Connection page.

If you are not a subscriber, you can reply to an Icebreaker you're received with a free one-time Quick Reply by selecting a response from the drop-down list on the Connection page. But if you click the "Subscribe to Reply" button and subscribe to Dating, you'll be able to carry on a real conversation with that person and send them unlimited email messages and instant messages, anytime.

A copy of your Icebreaker response is saved in the Connection for that person in your Personals Mailbox.
