Lags and freezes are unfortunately a part of the Internet, especially in highly complex services such as Yahoo!7 Games. Our goal is to provide the best free games service, and we regret when any of our players experience problems while using our service. We're always doing our best to make Yahoo!7 Games as trouble-free and enjoyable as possible with the existing Internet infrastructure. We'll continue to upgrade and improve the service as new technology is developed.

If you're disconnected, close your browser (reconnect to the Internet first if necessary) and then return to the same lounge you were playing in. You'll be automatically invited back into the game if you return to the same lounge in time. If the lounge is full, then unfortunately you won't be able to get back to that lounge unless you're using GameProwler™ and have a friend in that lounge.
