I find a certain member’s views offensive. Should I report it?
You should report the person's question, answer, or comment if it violates the Yahoo!7 Answers Community Guidelines or Yahoo!7 Terms of Service. Their opinions may be offensive to you, but please consider how they are in violation. Do you think it contains slurs? Do you think it insults other participants? Do you think it is obscene or illegal? Remember that people are entitled to their opinions, and it’s up to everyone to express them in a respectful manner.
To be responsible, report only those opinions that violate the rules of our community. In fact, you will become less empowered to remove abuse from the site in the future if it is determined that the people you report are not in violation. Read more about community moderation.
