To request the cancellation of your Yahoo! Search Marketing account you must send us a written request using the Customer Support function from your account. The link to the Customer Support function can be found in the top right hand corner of your account interface. Under the drop down box for "Type of Query", please select "Account Administration" and then include a statement requesting the cancellation of your Yahoo! Search Marketing account. We will endeavour to reply to your request within 24 hours.

Upon your written request, any unused amount after account cancellation, above the initial $100 non refundable deposit, will be refunded to the credit card that was used for payment. However, your final refund credit may reflect charges for additional clicks occurring between the initial request for cancellation and reasonable lag times for processing of your cancellation.
