I am not getting enough clicks

Here are some ideas on getting more clicks:

1. Create some more campaigns that each focus on a specific element of your business

Creating different campaigns for different aspects of your business is not only a good way to organise your marketing strategies, but also allows you to increase the amount of exposure your business has in its various aspects.

2. Expand the number of keywords

To expand your number of keywords, follow the below steps:

2.1 Click the Campaigns tab. The Campaigns page opens.

2.2 Identify a campaign and click its link. The Campaign Details page opens.

2.3 Identify an ad group and click its link. The Ad Group Details page opens.

2.4 Click the arrow next to the ‘+Add Keywords’ button.'

2.5 Select the ‘Quick Add’ option if you know the keywords you would like.

2.6 Enter the new words.

2.7 Save changes.

Choose From List:

2.8 If you would like some suggestions – select the ‘Choose from list’ option. The system will provide you with some keyword suggestions.

2.9 Tick the checkboxes that correspond to the keyword you would like.

2.10 Save changes

3. Create some more ads:

To create an ad, follow these steps:

3.1. Click the Campaigns tab. The Campaigns page opens.

3.2. Identify a campaign and click its link. The Campaign Details page opens.

3.3. Identify an ad group and clicks its link. The Ad Group Details page opens.

3.4. Click the Create New Ad link. The Create Your Ad page opens.

3.5. Enter the ad title, short description, long description, destination URL, or display URL.

3.6. Click Save Changes.

4. Make your ads very relevant to your keywords

The more relevant your ads are to the keywords, the more likely you are to receive clicks. Put yourself in the mind frame of a customer. If the customer types in a search query and then sees an ad in the search result that is very relevant to that keyword, they will be more inclined to click on that ad. Alternatively if the ad that is displayed is very broad and vague, the customer may consider clicking on other ads that suit their needs.

5. Increasing your bids may move you up in the search results

Your bid price is one factor that determines your average ad ranking in search results. If you increase your bids, you increase your chances of being higher up in the results and thus more likely to be clicked on by searching customers.

6. Think about what users would like to see

It is important to keep your customers in mind. Think about what you would like to see if you were a searching customer? What would you most likely click on?
