The results of a search are presented in a list of items that show a small image or the start of text. The list groups the items into clusters by the kind of information they open—for example, Flickr photos, news articles, and web images. Each item in the cluster has information matching the search words you submitted. An item under a cluster opens details about that item. You can choose an "All..." or "More..." item at the bottom of the cluster to open a larger list of that cluster's kind of item.
The list may also have a Did you mean: item that shows a list of alternatives to what you typed. (This list is shown, typically, if you made a typo in entering your search term.)
There is also a related searches feature that opens a list of alternatives to what you typed. To narrow the results of the search, choose Refine oneSearch and choose one of the Related searches... at the end of the results list. Then either add additional search terms or choose one of the Related searches... items.
Within a cluster, scroll up or down to highlight an item, and choose Select to open it. Some clusters present might their items horizontally—for example, Web Images—for which you scroll left or right to highlight the item.
After you have chosen an item, you do not lose the results list. Choose Back to return to the results list.
Other items about a place can open a map for it, create driving directions, or start a telephone call.
