How to Broadcast and View Webcams

Description

This article describes how to start a webcam broadcast, as well as take advantage of the Video Calling feature within Messenger.


Resolution

Yahoo! Messenger still includes the "Webcam Broadcast" feature, however we have also introduced Video Calling with Yahoo! Messenger versions 10 and higher.

To start a webcam broadcast, please follow these steps:

  1.  Click the "Actions" menu and select "Invite to View My Webcam."
  2.  Select a contact from the list and click "OK."
  3.  Click the "Actions" menu and select "View Webcam."
  4.  Select a contact from the list and click "OK."
