Description
This document describes what to do when you lose connection during a video call.
Resolution
If the webcam is disconnected during a video call you will have to restart the session. Even if you re-connect the webcam the other party will not be able to view you in the same session.
To fix this problem, end your current video call, connect your webcam, then start a new video call to your friend.
