This document explains how you know who's viewing your webcam.
Resolution
To see who's viewing your webcam:
At the top of the webcam window, click Webcam and select "Who's Watching Me?"
Want to a remove a viewer? Here's how:
Select their Yahoo! ID, then click Remove.
