Description
This document describes what to do when the webcam gets stuck.
Resolution
When a webcam image freezes, this is typically due to a lack of system resources on your computer or your internet connection being overloaded. If the webcam does not recover to a normal status after a few seconds, please try closing the webcam window and re-opening it, or having your friend re-invite you.
