Accepted Call With Webcam Disconnected

You need to have your webcam already connected before you accept a video call. If you accept a video call without your webcam connected, your friend won't be able to see your video stream -- even if you quickly connect it after the call has started.

To fix this problem, end your current video call, connect your webcam, then start a new video call to your friend.
