Troubleshooting an Inverted Webcam Broadcast Image

This article explains how to troubleshoot an upside-down webcam broadcast image.

The image in your webcam broadcast window might be inverted because of your camera settings.

To change the settings:

1. Click Messenger | My Webcam.
2. In the "My Webcam" window, click File | Preferences.
3. Click the Camera Settings... button.
4. There is usually a checkbox for "Invert Image" or "Mirror Vertical." Uncheck this box if one exists.
