Accessing Your Webcam/Broadcast Statistics

This article explains how to view your webcam information.

Webcam broadcast statistics show you a summary of your webcam information. The stats list information about the connection mode, the type and size of the images the webcam captures, as well as how much bandwidth is used to broadcast your webcam images.

To view your webcam statistics:

1. From the Messenger menu, select My Webcam. The My Webcam window opens.
2. On the My Webcam window, click the Webcam menu and select Statistics.
   The Webcam Uploader Statistics window opens.
3. Click OK when you are finished.

Having quick access to connection and transfer statistics about your webcam can assist you in troubleshooting, and help you better manage your computer's resources.
