This article explains how to see a contact's webcam.

You don't need to have a webcam to view someone else's webcam.

There are two ways to view a friend's webcam:

1. Click the link that says View My Webcam to the right of your friend's ID.
2. If they don't display a message and their webcam is broadcasting, Right-click on your friend's ID, then click More Actions | View Friend's Webcam.

Note: If you try to view someone's webcam when they aren't broadcasting, you'll see this error message: "This user does not have his/her Webcam online."
