Refunds for purchased tickets
We make every attempt to process your refund as quickly as possible. Because the payment process can vary with the product purchased, the time it takes for a normal refund credit to appear in your account is dependent on the product being refunded.
Please review the credit card refund information below:
- Airline Ticket - If you purchased a standalone airline ticket, the payment was delivered to the airline and the refund is dependent on their processing. Generally, the airline refund process will take approximately one to two billing cycles before the credit appears on the purchaser's bill (a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks).
- Prepaid Product - If you purchased a prepaid product (i.e. GoodBuy Hotel, Vacation Package (Flight + Hotel), etc.), your payment was made directly to us, and the refund can take 7-10 business days and up to a maximum of 30 business days from processing to appear in your account.
- Cruise - Similar to air tickets, the payment was delivered to the cruise line and the refund is dependent on their processing.
Note: Occasionally, a credit could take up to 30 days depending on your bank. You will receive an email when our accounting department has processed the refund.
