To add a new location and make it the default location:

1. Open the Weather App.
2. Select the Options menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Enter city and state or zip code in the Search Locations box and click Search.
5. Click the green plus sign and the location is added to your My Locations list.
6. Click the up arrow next to the new location to move it to the top of the list. The location at the top of the list is the one that appears when you hover your cursor over the Yahoo! Toolbar Weather icon.
7. Click Save.
