This article explains why you can't view your Apps and provides resolution to fix this.

If you can't see all of your Apps, you may have too many applications to see all at once. Check your My Apps for a ">>" icon. If you see that icon, it means that you have more Apps available through a pull-down menu. Click that icon to see your other Apps. You can choose which Apps to display in the toolbar and which to display in the pull-down menu by changing the order of your Apps.
