For merged AT&T ID and Yahoo! ID accounts:

• You will need to contact AT&T for assistance with your AT&T Yahoo! Mail account.
• When speaking with AT&T, please make sure that you:
  - Reference the AT&T email address.
  - Do not reference your Yahoo! ID, if you currently have a merged AT&T ID and Yahoo! ID.
• AT&T is only able to pull up your account information with an AT&T ID that is currently valid or that was previously valid.
• Be sure to include as much information as possible regarding your issue.

If you no longer have service with AT&T:

• Let them know that your Yahoo! ID needs to be unmerged so that Yahoo! can assist you with your account.
• If you have previously had service with AT&T, you may be using a free att.net account.
