UFC event video catches or freezes when you try to watch it
Description
This article tells you what to do if your UFC video freezes, pauses, hesitates, skips, gets choppy, or has gaps in playback.
Resolution
If you meet all of the system requirements, but the video keeps catching when you try to view it, there may be an issue with your firewall.
- Click to the Windows Start button and select Run.
- Type in: services.msc.
- Click OK.
- Select your firewall from the list, and click on the stop link to the left of it.
- When you are finished watching the video, you can click on start or restart to enable the firewall again (or simply restart your computer).
