Vesting Period for Premier League and La Liga

Description

This article explains how long you must keep a player to receive full price for him when you sell that player.

Resolution

There will be a 28-day vesting period after buying a player. This means owners can sell a player for the full difference between what they paid for the player and the player’s market price after owning him for 28 days.

Player salaries will be expressed in decimals. This means you will see changes in player salaries more often than last season.

Owners can sell the player at any point during the 28-day vesting period. If they do, they will earn a percent of the price difference. The longer you own a player the greater percentage you will earn.

For example, if you sell a player after owning him for 8 days, you will earn 8/28 of the difference between what you paid for the player and the player’s market price that day. If you sell after 14 days, you will earn 14/28.

These rules apply whether a player’s price moves up or down.
