Updating your Rivals.com email address


Resolution

To update your email address in Rivals.com:

  1. Log in to your Rivals.com account.
  2. Click Member Services on the top-left of your page.
  3. Click Change User Info in the middle of the page below the "Member Services" heading. This will bring up a page which displays the current email address registered to your account.
  4. Replace the existing email with your preferred email.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the page to save.

Please note: An email address can be associated with only one Rivals account. If you have created a separate Rivals account which has the email address you want to use on your current account, you will need to update both accounts.

If your email does not update for any other reason, click Get Help on this page and send us the email address currently on your account and the email address you would like to have it updated to, to have it changed. Once we have received this information, we can process your request to update your email address.
