Using commissioner tools to customize Pick'em Pro Football group
Description
This article describes the tools that group commissioners can use to customize their Pick'em Pro Football group.
Resolution
All Private Group commissioners have a suite of tools to configure various parts of the game.
| Invite Friends: | This allows you to invite others to join your group. |
| Lock Group Members: | This allows you to prevent any group member from posting messages. |
| Remove Group Members: | This allows you to delete and/or ban any group member. |
| Edit Commissioner Note: | This allows you to post a message on the group's home page. This can provide a helpful record if, for example, your group has agreed upon some informal, custom rules which apply only to your Group. |
| Edit Group Settings: | This allows you to edit some of the configurations you chose during registration, including the group password, whether to use confidence points, pick against the spread, use the Yahoo! Sports tiebreak system, the start week for your group, whether to drop any scoring weeks, the group's pick deadline, and whether to continue through the playoffs. |
Please note: Once the first pick deadline of the season has passed, neither a group commissioner nor Yahoo! Sports can edit the following settings:
- Using confidence points
- Picking against the spread
- Using the Yahoo! Sports tiebreak system
- The start week for your group
- The pick deadline
