This article explains the difference between Fantasy Golf team finishes and individual golfer finishes.

Weekly Finishes does not track how many times you successfully picked the tournament winners. Rather, it is how well your foursome has scored (fantasy points-wise) relative to the rest of your group each week.

Weekly Finishes standings appear on private group standings pages and indicate how many times a particular team has finished a given week in the Top 10|3|1 of that group, based on team points as compared to the rest of the group's team points that week.
