Troubleshooting Rivals.com video problems

Here are some troubleshooting tips for problems with playing Rivals.com videos:

  1. First, try logging out from and logging back in to your account.
  2. If you are still unable to get video after doing this, please make sure that you are using the latest versions of Adobe Flash player and Windows Media Player.
  3. Additionally, you should clear your cookies.
  4. Also, double-click the time in the bottom-right corner of your screen and make sure that the date and time are correct as incorrect date and time can prohibit video from playing.
  5. Finally, if you have a pop-up blocker or firewall, that could be prohibiting you from viewing video, you would need to disable that.
  6. Once you have made any or all adjustments, please log out of your account again and then log back in.
