Unable to see the comment I just posted

Description

This article describes the steps on how you can sort comments posted for a news article.

Resolution

If you're not seeing a comment you just posted, you can change how the comments are sorted to see the newest comments first. Each news article displays 10 comments per page. Keep in mind that if a lot of readers are commenting on a story you may have to view several pages of comments in order to find yours.

To change the sort order to show the oldest comments first:

  1. Click the Show pull-down menu located at the right of the "Comments" section.
  2. Select Oldest First. You'll see the oldest comments for that specific article at the top of the "Comments" section.
  3. To see additional pages of older comments, select Next until you find the comment you're looking for.

Note: Other sorting options available in the "Show" pull-down menu include: "Newest First," "Highest Rated," and "Most Replied."
