Received an error code and can't add, edit, or delete a contact
Description
- Unable to access Yahoo! Contacts
- Unable to add, edit, or delete a contact
- Unable to view a contact's information
Possible error codes:
- Error code 50001 or 50002
- Error code 70030
- Error code 50302 or 50304
- Error code 40402
Resolution
Each of these error messages indicates a temporary error, which should be very short in duration. The issue should resolve itself automatically on our backend within a few minutes.
Workaround: Return to Yahoo! Contacts and retry the task you were performing. In most cases, the issue should resolve itself right away.
