Resolution

We have recently learned that the Yahoo! Messenger Avatars Makeover plug-in sometimes does not load. We know this can be frustrating.

Currently, this is a known issue and we are working to resolve it. We cannot offer an estimate as to when this issue will be fixed. We appreciate the inquiry.
