How to report Voicemail issues

How to tell Yahoo! about trouble with Voicemail Messages.
Resolution
To report an issue with Voicemail Messages within Yahoo! Messenger, you will need to enable diagnostic logging:
- With Yahoo! Messenger open, click on the Help menu option.
- Click on Report a Problem to Yahoo! from the drop down menu.
- Click the OK button when the warning appears that you are turning on logging.
Note: If you do not receive this message, but instead are prompted to select a "Category" and "Problem", skip down to the next section as diagnostic logging is already enabled.
- Yahoo! Messenger will automatically shut down.
- Restart Yahoo! Messenger.
Now that diagnostic logging has been enabled, we will need to try to repeat the issue you are experiencing with your Voicemail Messages. Please attempt to repeat this issue a few times, as the more information we are able to gather, the easier it will be to research the issue.
Once you've been able to reproduce the issue, do the following:
- Click on the Help menu option.
- Click on Report a Problem to Yahoo! from the drop down menu.
- Click the OK button when the warning appears that you are turning on logging.
- Choose a Category and Problem.
- Add any descriptive information you can.
- Click Send.
