Resolution
No action is necessary unless you've activated Auto Recharge (see below). And if you ever want to use the service in the future, you can add funds at any time.
If you've activated Auto Recharge, you'll have to turn it off to prevent any recharge to your account when the funds fall below $2.00:
- Sign in to the Yahoo! Voice website.
- Click My Services along the top.
- Select Off next to "Auto Recharge".
