Can't View Profiles in Chat Rooms or Contact List

Description
This article explains that you will be unable to view profiles in Yahoo! Chat Rooms, or the Yahoo! Messenger Contact List, when selecting the View Profile option. You will receive one of the following errors in your web browser:
- "Not found. The page you were looking for doesn't exist. Go to your profile."
- "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
- "Unable to connect. Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at profiles.yahoo.com"
- "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to profiles.yahoo.com"
Cause
Yahoo! Messenger profile links are pointing to profiles.yahoo.com, which is not currently active.
Resolution
We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this time.
