To receive alerts on the Sportacular app, select your Sport or League (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, etc.), click on the "Profile" option at the bottom of the app to view your Alert Settings.

From the Alert Settings page, the following tabs are available: 

• Subscriptions
• Team Alerts
• Game Alerts

The "Subscriptions" tab will show the Games, Teams, and the specific alerts that you currently have selected to receive.

The "Team Alerts" tab will allow you to view all your favorite teams, or all teams for the sport that you have selected. Clicking on the arrows next to a particular team will display the alerts that you may select to.

The "Game Alerts" tab will allow you to view all the current week's games for the sport that you have selected. Clicking on the arrows next to each game will display the alerts that you may select and toggle.

Once you have adjusted your Alert Settings, click on the Subscriptions tab again to ensure that your alerts are set as desired.

If you do not receive alerts that are listed on your subscriptions, please ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed, or uninstall and reinstall the current version. Also, you will not receive an alert if you are outside of coverage.

If you have taken all of the above-mentioned steps and you still can't receive selected alerts, please provide us with the specific alerts (including the team, game, and alert) which you have selected and we will then investigate the matter further.
