Clearing your iPhone's browser cache

Resolution

Sometimes performance is hindered by not enough free memory to run the app properly. To free memory in your phone, you can delete your cache from your phone's browser.

To clear your iPhone's Safari browser cache:

  1. From Home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down the "Settings" menu and tap Safari.
  3. Scroll down and tap Clear Cookies and Data.
