This article gives you the steps necessary to troubleshoot loading issues for your Yahoo! Sports Fantasy app.

If the Fantasy app fails to launch, or produces an "Unable to connect" message, please try these steps, one at a time, until you find one that resolves your issue:

1. If the app has not auto-refreshed after a minute, tap the Refresh icon in the upper-right side of the app. You may have had just a temporary loss of connection.
2. Open your phone's Web browser and try loading "sports.yahoo.com" to confirm whether you have Internet access.
3. Force stop the app via the Android app settings page:
   1. Exit the app
   2. Tap the Menu button
   3. Tap Settings
   4. Tap Applications
   5. Tap Manage Applications
   6. Tap on the Fantasy app
   7. Tap Force Stop | Tap OK to confirm
   8. Wait a couple of seconds, then restart the app
4. Restart the phone. It's possible that other running apps have taken up too much of your phone's resources, and restarting the phone will clear them.
5. Update or reinstall the app, using these steps:

Update:

1. Tap the Android Market or Play Store icon.
2. Tap the Menu button.
3. Tap My apps.
4. Next, you'll see a list of your apps on your device. The apps that have an update will be displayed on top.

If there is an update to the Yahoo! Fantasy app, it will be displayed with "Update". Touch the icon, and then follow the steps to update the app.

Please Note: You'll get a prompt that reads, "Replace application". This means that the updated version of the app will replace the current version.

Deletion:

1. Tap the Menu button.
2. Tap Settings.

Note: Depending on your Android device, your button may be labeled differently. Tap the button that opens your device's settings.

3. Tap Applications.
4. Tap Manage applications.
5. Locate the Yahoo! Fantasy App in the list of downloaded apps or in the "All" section and select it.
6. Next, tap Uninstall and then confirm if you would like to uninstall the app, by tapping OK.

Reinstallation:

1. Tap the Android Market or Play Store icon
2. Search for the Fantasy app
3. Tap on the Fantasy app from the search results
4. Tap Install
5. Tap Accept & download
