Learn how to reset your password on mobile devices capable of displaying HTML.
Resolution
To recover your password using your mobile device:
- Visit the Yahoo! Password Helper.
- Follow the prompts that you are given.
- After you have entered the CAPTCHA code provided, you will be presented with options on how you would like to receive a URL that will help you receive your password. Please choose the option that is best for you.
Please keep in mind that the URL provided will expire after 24 hours. If more than 24 hours lapses since the URL was issued, you will need to request a new URL going through the same steps previously taken.
Additional Information
If the steps listed above do not function on your mobile device, then the device you are using is not compatible with the procedure, and you will need to change your password using a computer.
