How to view an attachment on your mobile device
Resolution
To start, access the Yahoo! Mobile page and choose Mail from the "All Sites" tab. Alternatively, you can access the URL directly at http://mobile.yahoo.com/mail
To download or view an image attachment:
- Open the message that contains the attachment.
- Slide down to the bottom of the message. Tap the name of the attachment under the "Attachments" section.
- To download the attachment to your device, tap Download. To view it without downloading, tap View.
- Follow the download prompts on your device. If you have trouble with this step, please contact your carrier. They should be able to help.
If you have completed all the steps above and still are having trouble downloading or viewing an attachment, you will need to use a desktop computer (Mac or PC) to view or download an attachment.
