Description
In this article you'll find all the steps for configuring your mobile device to use Yahoo! Mail.
Resolution
One look and you'll see why Yahoo! Mail is the number one email program for millions of Web and mobile users! And best of all: there's no set-up required on any Internet-enabled phone. For the best Mail experience on your mobile device, visit Yahoo! Mail at:
http://mobile.yahoo.com/mail
In the upper-right corner enter your phone number and click Send a link to my phone.
You can also type this Web address directly into your device's mobile Web browser:
http://m.yahoo.com/mail
This will give you all your favorite Yahoo! Mail features, such as sending emails, receiving emails, searching emails, viewing attachments, updating contacts, and managing email folders. Simply sign in and get your email. Everything you do on your phone is automatically reflected on your desktop.
Downloading Opera Mini
Try downloading Opera Mini to your mobile phone. Opera Mini enables you to take your full Web experience to your phone. Using your current mobile phone browser, enter:
mini.opera.com/yahoo
Follow the downloading instructions. Once this is completed and you launch the Opera Mini browser, you will see the Yahoo! symbol in the bookmarked section. Simply click the Yahoo! link, and you will connect with the new Yahoo! Mobile front page.
