Download Attachments Error 50.1

Description

Some users are getting an error "50.1" when downloading attachments in Mail.


Resolution

Some users are experiencing an issue where attachments fail to download, and they are returned with an error "50.1" stating they are unable to open the attachment.

Status: Our engineers have resolved this known issue. If you continue to experience this issue, please contact us for further investigation.
