3. Provide the details for at least one message that produced this error:
   1. Contact name and email address
   2. Date message was received
   3. Message subject line
   4. The folder containing the email (Inbox, Spam, etc.)
   5. How you attempted to open the message when the error displayed (from a folder, from email search results, etc.)
