If you have unread messages in your Inbox or any other mail folder but can't easily find them, they may be at the middle or bottom of the message list.

To move all your unread messages to the top of the list (newest messages first):

1. Open the folder in which you'd like to view unread messages.
2. Click the Sort by Date button in the upper left corner of the folder, just below the Delete button. A pull-down menu appears.
3. Select Unread.

Your unread messages then appear at the top of the list.
