Unblocking a contact in Messenger in Mail
Resolution
If you have previously blocked a user from instant messaging you and you now want to be able to chat with that user, you can unblock them:
- Sign in to Yahoo! Mail.
- Click the gear icon (
) in the upper-right, and select Messenger Options. - Select the Block users in the Block list below.. button, if it is not already selected.
- From the list of blocked users, select the user you want to unblock and then click Remove.
- Click OK.
